Would you like to join our operations centre or back office teams? Great, because we would be nothing without you! You are not only the first point of contact for our patients, but are also responsible for coordinating our response services and recording patient data.
Yours is the friendly voice that receives our patients’ calls and the agile mind that records patient data and coordinates our responses to medical emergencies. All our services are managed from the SOS AERZTE operations centre. You therefore serve as a crucial link between our response teams, our patients, their family members and GPs, and other clients.
SOS AERZTE offers you a varied job working with a company dedicated to helping others. With us, you will join an experienced team and enjoy flexible working hours within a shift-based model. We can also offer you a combination of working from home and from our headquarters, which are located close to Zurich’s main train station.
You will ideally have a medical or administrative background. You will also need to have some professional experience, and be quick-witted, reliable and resilient. Pronounced communicative skills are essential, as is the ability to write impeccably. You will ideally also be able to speak one or more foreign languages.
